This website allows you to report fraud, theft or misuse of assets, embezzlement, kickbacks,
or other unethical behavior that causes loss or harm to
the Jefferson County Public Schools, its employees, or the public.
Confidentiality
We do not track users to this site. You can choose to provide your name or remain
anonymous. If you remain anonymous, the Jefferson County Public Schools will not be
able to reach you other than through this site and may not be able to fully investigate
your concerns.
Instructions
When submitting a report, please complete all pages/screens of the Report Form. Required
information fields are denoted. No information will be transmitted until you select the
“Submit” button on the final screen. You will be provided a confirmation number for your
report and you have the option of creating an account to follow-up on the report after
it is submitted. We encourage you to do this, as investigators may request additional
information in order to look into your concerns. You may also view any updates or
closure information by accessing your account.
Emergencies
If you need to report a critical situation, please contact your local emergency services
agency.

and/or to file a confidential report.
